The Role
We’re looking for two skilled Python Developers with Full Stack capabilities to help design, develop, and optimize custom web apps for our clients. You’ll primarily work with Python (Flask) and Microsoft Azure, while also using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related tools to deliver high-quality solutions.
This is a part-time, contract-based role with flexible hours — perfect if you enjoy varied projects, solving complex problems, and seeing your work in action across multiple industries. The intention is to bring a contractor full time in the next 1-3 months after a few successful projects.
What You’ll Do
Build & Optimize: Develop scalable, secure, and customized web applications tailored to client needs.
Enhance Performance: Use Redis caching, database indexing, and query optimization to maximize speed and scalability.
Improve UX: Add advanced features like jQuery DataTables, inline editing, and dynamic loading.
Collaborate: Work with Business Solutions Managers (Project Managers), Business Analysts, and clients to transform business needs into technical solutions. Attention to detail and critical thinking are crucial skillsets.
Maintain Quality: Review pull requests, document features, and streamline workflows to reduce bugs.
Innovate: Propose new features, process improvements, and emerging tech opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Strong Python skills (Flask framework experience preferred).
Solid JavaScript, HTML, CSS skills (front-end frameworks a plus).
Database design & optimization expertise (SQL, indexes, query tuning).
Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms.
Knowledge of Redis or similar caching solutions.
Great communicator, critical thinker, problem-solver, and self-starter.
