About the Role

This role blends the responsibilities of a Project Manager and an Account Manager. You’ll work closely with clients throughout the lifecycle of their projects—because many of our clients engage in continuous development, this role goes beyond delivery. You’ll play a key role in identifying additional work with new and existing clients.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across the full lifecycle of their projects.
• Blend project management and account management to keep delivery on track and aligned with client goals.
• Partner with clients engaged in continuous development to identify and scope additional work.
• Build lasting relationships that uncover new opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Coordinate closely with Pontem’s delivery and analytics teams to translate client needs into practical solutions.
