At Pontem Innovations, we’re looking for a Business Solutions Manager to own both project delivery and client relationships. This role blends the responsibilities of a Project Manager and an Account Manager. You’ll work closely with clients throughout the lifecycle of their projects—Because many of our clients engage in continuous development, this role goes beyond delivery. You’ll play a key role in identifying additional work with new and existing clients.
This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable owning both the “what” and the “what’s next”—balancing execution with proactive thinking.

💡 What You’ll Do
Own the full lifecycle of client projects—from initiation through to delivery and ongoing support.
Identify key stakeholders and define their roles
Develop project scope statements in collaboration with technical leads
Set up and manage projects within internal systems
Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle process
Own client communication, including regular check-ins and solution demos
Drive timelines forward with proactive resource management and clear accountability
Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and maintain organized records
Lead final client demos and project reviews
Manage scope changes and formal change requests
Coordinate feedback collection, including testimonials and case studies
Support implementation of SLA workflows and checklists
Support monthly invoicing processes in collaboration with leadership
Continuously identify opportunities for future phases, enhancements, or additional work within existing client accounts
