Are you someone who is passionate about using technology to solve business problems? Do you enjoy building custom, high-impact applications from the ground up and working directly with clients to solve real problems?
At Pontem Innovations, we’re looking for a Data & Full Stack Developer to lead specific solution designs and development of scalable, client-facing solutions. In this role, you’ll build solutions from the ground up, and directly influence how our clients use data to drive critical business decisions, working closely with and reporting to our Director of Innovation & Automation.
This role is best suited for a senior developer who has experience building and owning production systems end-to-end — not someone early in their career.

We design and build custom platforms and applications such as registrant and case management solutions, program delivery portals, onboarding and operational tools, inventory tracking tools, client-facing portals, and internal collaboration hubs — each tailored to our clients’ unique requirements.
Working closely with our Analytics (Power BI) team, our solutions help organizations collaborate more effectively, operate more efficiently, and fully leverage their data. We also ensure clients are AI-ready, and increasingly embed AI capabilities directly into what we build.
💡 What You’ll Do
• Lead the end-to-end development of custom applications for a diverse client base
• Own architecture and technical direction across multiple client solutions
• Design and build scalable, data-driven applications using Python (Flask), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Build secure workflows for handling sensitive data
• Improve UX with dynamic, responsive interfaces
• Drive code quality, standards, and development practices
• Work directly with clients and cross-functional team members to shape solutions
• Contribute to technical strategy and continuous improvement
🧠 What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade applications
• Strong experience with Python (Flask) and full-stack development
• Proven ability to design systems and make sound architectural decisions
• Experience with Azure and deploying production applications
• Strong understanding of relational databases
• Experience working in small teams where ownership and accountability are expected
• Someone who takes initiative, thinks critically, and is comfortable operating with autonomy

Are you someone who enjoys working at the intersection of clients, projects, and problem-solving? Do you thrive in roles where you can take ownership, build strong relationships, and uncover new opportunities to drive impact?
At Pontem Innovations, we’re looking for a Business Solutions Manager to own both project delivery and client relationships. This role blends the responsibilities of a Project Manager and an Account Manager. You’ll work closely with clients throughout the lifecycle of their projects—Because many of our clients engage in continuous development, this role goes beyond delivery. You’ll play a key role in identifying additional work with new and existing clients.
This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable owning both the “what” and the “what’s next”—balancing execution with proactive thinking.

💡 What You’ll Do
Own the full lifecycle of client projects—from initiation through to delivery and ongoing support.
Identify key stakeholders and define their roles
Develop project scope statements in collaboration with technical leads
Set up and manage projects within internal systems
Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle process
Own client communication, including regular check-ins and solution demos
Drive timelines forward with proactive resource management and clear accountability
Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and maintain organized records
Lead final client demos and project reviews
Manage scope changes and formal change requests
Coordinate feedback collection, including testimonials and case studies
Support implementation of SLA workflows and checklists
Support monthly invoicing processes in collaboration with leadership
Continuously identify opportunities for future phases, enhancements, or additional work within existing client accounts
